Moore of Lafayette; his children, Brad Moore (Lesa), John Moore (Shelly), Jason Moore, Jamie DeLong (Mike), Shannon Myers (Steve) and Trienah Gibson (Nick); his grandchildren, Kayla LaGrange, John Tyler (Austin Moore), Bayley Mayhall, Melissa Moore, Kenzie (Landen DeLong), Brady (Aaron Myers) and Wyatt (Abram Gibson); his great grandchildren, Will, Blake LaGrange, Hayden and Bryson Mayhall; and his brothers, Kenny (Carolyn) and Steve Moore.
