It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Lockard (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lowery and Dorothy McNeely Lowery; and her brothers, Claude "Butch" Lowery and Gene Talbert. She is survived by: her pet ChiChi; her son James Lockard (Barbara) of Lafayette; her grandsons, Jesse Stiles and Jeremy Davis; and her great grandchildren, Kyla and James Davis.
