She is survived by: her son Steven Pritchard (Kathy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth F. Munoz (Ramon) of Lafayette, Steven Pritchard (Rochelle) and Sean Pritchard (Brianna); and her great grandchildren, Carter Munoz, Macie Munoz, Josh Long, Garrett Pritchard, Shelby Pritchard, Haiden Pritchard and Madalin Pritchard.

Memorial contributions in Juanita's name may be given to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, or the American Diabetes Association.
