She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward McCaw and Jennie McCaw Pell (Martin); and her siblings, Charles Hillis McCaw, Eugene Harold McCaw, Marvin Lee McCaw and Betty Jane McCaw.

She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, James Richard Schurr (Suki) of Palmdale, CA, Gerald Lee "Jerry" Schurr (Peggy) of South Bend and Ruth Ann Higgins (Randy) of Lafayette; and her sister Barbara Ann. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Presbyterian Church or the Donor's favorite charity.
