She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cavanaugh and Mary Lucille Cavanaugh (Goodman); her son Patrick D. Martin; her brothers, Paul L., Edwin J. and John M. Cavanaugh; and her great-nephew Peyton Booth.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas Martin; her daughter Keri J. Martin of Lafayette; her grandsons, Michael, Noah Martin (Faye) and Duane Bowers (Samantha); her great grandchild Lennox Martin; her siblings, Dennis A. Hugunin (Janeen) of Bradenton, FL, Larry V. Cavanaugh (Karilyn) of Martinsville, Penny S. Daniels of Reisterstown, MD, Becky A. Megenhardt (Bill) of Lafayette, Nina L. Cavanaugh of Jacksonville, FL and Sherrie E. Cavanaugh of Logansport; her daughter-in-law Michelle Bowers (Shane) of West Lafayette; and her siblings' children, Ryleigh, Kenzie, Emma, Lily, Karson and Jaden.
