She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hathaway and Violet Hathaway. She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. Kelsey; her children, Deborah Rispoli (Joseph) of Homosassa, FL, Keila Kelsey of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Dennis Jr. Kelsey (Elicia) of Lafayette, IN.; her grandchildren, Celina (Andrew), Zachary and Dennis Tyler; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Owen, Emma and Lily; and her brother Ron Hathaway (Cathy).
