She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Louise Smith Killian (Dye) and Richard Dean Smith; her stepfather Ralph J. Killian; her stepbrother Shannon Killian; her nephews, John Killian and Mikey Saylor; and her parents-in-law, Joe and Rachel Musick.
She is survived by: her husband Greg; her children, Christopher P. Smith, Sarah Winningham (Nathan), Cassandra Polley (Gabe) and Katelin Musick Redinbo; her grandchildren, Abigail Erwin Warren (John), Samantha DeYoung, Gavin Winningham, Jaxen Winningham, Macie Winningham, Brandon Wendling, Makaylah Wendling, Emma Polley, Aaron Polley, Stella Polley and Lauren Williams; her great grandchildren, Lamont Frazier and Kolton Erwin; her siblings, Lisa Smith Gillham (Mike), Richard Smith (Dawn), Scott Smith (Jennifer), Sheila Burkhardt and Sharon Henderson (Ralph); and her friend Melinda "Mindy" Robinson (McKee).
