It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry M. Melady of Lafayette, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John David and Nona Melady (Frazier); and his brother John K. Melady (Jennifer King) of Florida. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Melady of Lafayette; his sons, Justin Oakley (Aika) of Lafayette and Joshua Oakley (Tasha) of Dayton; his granddaughters, Whitney and Alli; and his pets, Gizmo and Luna.
There will not be a funeral service at this time due to COVID-19.
