She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McMullin and Hazel Hopkins McMullin; and her son-in-law Fred Hills. She is survived by: her spouse Leslie Hafen; and her children, Lorelei Hills (Fred) of Herndon, Virginia, Ada Jean Richards (Stephen) and Kent Hafen (Cindy) of Taylorsville, Utah.. She is also survived by her parents; her sister and brothers; her husband; her children and their spouses and their children, and her close friends.

Due to covid restrictions attendance is limited to invitational only.
