He is survived by: his former wife Judy Gallien; his children, Lana Orr (Joe) of New Richmond, IN, Kyle Fields of Lafayette, Tanya Spence of Lafayette and Michelle Myers (Jay) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Brady, Dakota, Kyler, Zach, Madison, Nick and Patrick; and his great grandchildren, Presley and Benji.
