She is survived by: her husband Walter "Butch" Kujawa; her daughter Lauren Price of Johnson City, IL; her stepdaughters, Stephanie and Mandy; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Price; and her siblings, Yevonne Mark (Phil) of Riverton, WY, Therese Bailey (Mike) of Cambria, IL and John Judd (Darla) of Bush, IL.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
