We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021, at the age of 91, Margaret Belle Reed of Lafayette, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ripley and Edith Hanselman Ripley; her husband Harold W. Reed; and her siblings, Jane Ripley Stucker (Kenneth) and Donald Ripley (Mary) of Huntington, IN..
She is survived by: her sons, Steven P. Reed of Lafayette, IN and Allan R. Reed (Pauline) of Lafayette, IN; her adoptive daughter Sandy Roetemeyer Schnebly (Jim) of Lafayette, IN; her grandchildren, Bradley A. Reed Holland (Kyle) and Stephanie Reed Demmitt (Matt) of Lee's Summitt, MO; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Harold, Payten, James Reed, Derek and Drue Demmitt. She is also survived by her kids, grandkids and close friends.
Due to COVID, a private funeral service will be held at Hippensteel Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to River City Church – Food Pantry.
