Mattingly (Tom) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Christine Kreighbaum (Brian) of Lafayette, David Mattingly (Nicole) of Lafayette, Anne Wheeler (Chris) of Brownsburg, Michael Mattingly (Andrea) of Lafayette, Andrew Mattingly of Baltimore, MaryBeth Mattingly and Katherine Mattingly; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Abbigael Kreighbaum, Ariel Mattingly, Max, Zoe Wheeler, Hazel, Willow and Wells Mattingly.
