She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Jeffirs and Irene Jeffirs (Kennedy); her husband Joseph Metzinger; and her brothers, Tom, Joe and Pat Jeffirs.

She is survived by: her children, Kim Casey (John) of Fishers, Tony Metzinger (Julie) of Warsaw, Angie Catron (Rob) of Lafayette and Missy Metzinger of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Michael, Bryce Catron, Tanner, Caitlin Casey, Mason and Tyler Metzinger; and her sisters, Helen Rudd of Mishawaka and Rosemary Compton of Portage, MI..

Memorial contributions may be made to Spirit of Life Church or KLD Foundation (Alzheimer's Support).
