With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Smith of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Andrews and Helma "Peggy" Andrews (Simonson); her husband John A. Smith; her daughter Cheryl Byers; her sister Darleen Nelson; and her son-in-law Fred Byers.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Holdgreve (Gene) of Colorado Springs, CO, Brian Smith of Lafayette, IN and Dale Smith (Rita Cipalla) of Seattle, WA; her grandchildren, Jeramy Byers of Brookston, IN and Kimberly Byers of West Point, IN; and her great grandchildren, Jenna and Karissa Byers of Fowler, IN..

Current Covid-19 precautions will be observed along with social distancing and current government attendance guidelines.
