He was predeceased by: his mother Julia McIntosh (Reese); his brother Larry E. McIntosh, Jr.; and his grandmother Dorothy McIntosh. He is survived by: his father Larry E. McIntosh, Sr.; his wife Christine Brovont; his son Brandon Tillotson (Lindsey) of Brookston; his siblings, Tami Andrade (Stephen) of Wake Forest, NC and David L. McIntosh of Florida; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Scott and Grayson Scott Tillotson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be directed to the National Foundation for Transplant.
