He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, H. Clay Horn and Minnie Alice Horn (Blackwell); his wife Dorothy Horn; his daughter Pamela Pendleton (David); his grandchildren, Andy Gruver (Christina Myers), Ryan Townsley (Shawne), Jenna Scott (Wesley) and Troy Pendleton; his great grandchildren, Kellen and Nora Scott; his brother Woodrow Horn (Dorothy Horn); and his great grandchild Hudson Scott.
The family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to American Legion Post 11.
