She is survived by: her mother Mary Jo Livengood (Rusk); her former husband Jack Shoaf; her children, Adam Shoaf (Chrissy) and Megan Martin (Christopher); and her siblings, Rebecca Livengood Clement and Kenneth Livengood.

Because of her love of butterflies, In lieu of flowers those wishing may contribute in her memory to the butterfly garden at Columbia Park.
