He was predeceased by: his parents, Noble Parrish and Jane Hanford Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Missy" Parrish of Lafayette; his children, Zach Parrish (Maleah) of Muncie and Steph Parrish (Brandy) of Indianapolis; his sister Connie (Dick); and his grandson Jay M. Parrish.
