She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George, Kathryn Stone of Kokomo, Loren Woodrow and Claudine Treece of Wolcott. She is survived by: her parents, Loren Thomas and Sheila Kay Treece (Stone) of Lafayette; her daughter MacKenzie Kay Prickett of Lafayette; her stepdaughter Madison Elaine Prickett of Delphi; her siblings, Kristal Ann Kellogg (Brad) of Brookston and Loren Matthew Treece (Kaitee) of Lafayette; and her aunts and uncles, Sandra Schuette (Russell) of Illinois, Cynthia Murphy (Luke Riley) of Logansport, Timothy Stone (Rena) of Burlington, George Kevin Stone of Kokomo and Glenn Stone of Logansport. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made in Monica's memory to a college fund that is set up for MacKenzie.
