Culbertson; her children, Joni Biesecker of Lafayette, Jana Virgin (David) of Lafayette and Michael Biesecker (Pam) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Crystal Fisher (Jason), Heather Levchak (Joshua), Amber Virgin, Jennifer Alcorn (Jay), Eric Biesecker and Clay Biesecker; and her great grandchildren, Madison Fisher, Matthew Fisher, Megan Fisher, Morganne Fisher, Noah Levchak, Elizabeth Levchak and Brecken Alcorn.
