She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Lemm; her husband Hop; her sons, James "Bo" Halsema and Timothy Halsema; and her sister Debbie Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Halsema (Tim) of Indianapolis and Cynthia Klumpe (Gregory) of West Lafayette; her daughter-in-law Tammy Halsema of Lafayette; her siblings, Diane Dienhart (John) of Lafayette, Peggy May (Bob) of Lafayette, Betsy Young (Larry) of Fort Lauderdale, Mark Lemm (Vicky) of Highland, CA and Daniel Lemm (Lorie) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Rachel Klumpe Cox (Mike), Josh Klumpe (Liz), Zeb Halsema (Griffen) and Isaiah Halsema (Karin); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Cox, Emery Cox, Oliver Cox, Inaiah Cox, Teagan Klumpe and Hudson Halsema. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and many special friends.
