He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Grandstaff and Marilyn Grandstaff (Schanbacher). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Grandstaff (Ringwald) of Lafayette; his children, Benjamin Grandstaff of Charleston, SC and Elizabeth Grandstaff of Lafayette; and his uncle John Schanbacher. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews and close chosen extended family.
