She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Sample and Alice Sample (Adams). She is survived by: her children, Cathy Gurley of Lafayette, Linda Kalkofen (James) of St. Louis, Sherry Falese of Wyncote, PA and Mark Reen (Joanna) of Heath, OH; and her sisters, Betty Woods of Jackson, TN and Linda Floyd of Colliersville, LA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
