Philip Woollen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2020, at the age of 70, Philip Woollen of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Frankfort, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Woollen and Eleanor Woollen (Suter); his sister Beverly; and his granddaughter Melrose. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Sneathen; his pets, Hustler Moo and Dawson Loo; his daughter Jenna Horton (Johnny); his stepson Ryan Shields (Noah); his brother Jeff Woollen; his grandchildren, Taylor Dilley, Camden Hedges-Dilley, Kruz Horton and Zax Horton; his nephews, Keith Woollen and Kevin Woollen (Karen); and his aunts, Velma Ford and Barb Suter.
In adherence to the current CDC guidelines, it is requested that guests follow the appropriate social distancing and the wearing of masks.
