We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2019, at the age of 76, Phyllis Ann Swick (Lafayette, Indiana), born in Watseka, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Hogle and Maggie E. Hogle (Northcut); and her brother Thomas R. Hogle. She is survived by: her former husband Frederick L. Swick; her son Scott Swick (Alison) of Lafayette; and her grandchildren, Evan, Wynne and Cary Swick.

Memorial donations may be made to Almost Home Humane Society in loving memory of Phyllis.
