For Phyllis is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McCord and Gladys Wilhite McCord; and her siblings, Warren Calvin McCord, Beverley McCord Bray, Floella McCord Chase and Joyce McCord.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Galey and Jason Galey.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (509 North St, Lafayette, IN 47901).
