It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Shoaf of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Warren, Indiana, who passed away on July 14, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Medley and Lucy Medley (May); her husband William L. Shoaf; her son Gary L. Shoaf; her grandsons, Craig A. Lehnen and Andrew J. Shoaf; and her siblings, Wilma Patterson and Bill Medley.
She is survived by: her children, Linda K. Lehnen (John) of Rossville, IN, Debbie L. Woolf of West Point, IN and Robert D. "Bob" Shoaf (Kimberly) of Lafayette. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
