Staley, Sr. of Lafayette and Judy Staley Nelson (Priest) of Lafayette; his former wife Julie Fulks; his children, Daniel Straub of Battle Ground, Linze (Kelby Littrell) of Lafayette and Holden Devine (Lasha) of Lafayette; his siblings, Terri Staley of Lafayette, Jennifer Burke (Randy) of Fishers and Daniel Staley of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Bryce, Madeline, Tomye, Evelyn and Rilee; his stepgrandchildren, Kailynn, Kyndal and Kingston; and his siblings' children, Van Smith, Madison Burke, Morgan Davis and Matthew Burke.

Memorial donations may be made to Riley Hospital for Children in loving memory of Randy.
