He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond H. Hawkins and Josephine D. Harmeson Hawkins; and his siblings, Tom, Richard, Harry, Gerald, Robert, Donald Hawkins and Delores Jean Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Funk; his daughters, Vicki Zahn (Nelson) of Delphi, Pam Loft (Jim) of Lafayette and Lora Guess (Jeff) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Jayme, Joshua, Brandon, Caleb, Jeremiah, Courtney, Tyler and Daniel; and his brother Ronald Smith.
Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in loving memory of Ray.
