It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard D. Cupka Sr. (Lafayette, Indiana), born in Rensselaer, Indiana, who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Faye Cupka (Van-Meter) and William H. Cupka; and his siblings, Mary Lula and Roger. He is survived by: his children, Richard Jr., Timothy and Cynthia; and his wife Dee. He is also survived by two sons and a daughter, 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephew.
