He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Babe" and Ruth Payne Lumley; and his son Doug Lumley. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Lumley, Daniel Lumley of West Point and George Lumley of Lafayette; and his brothers, Michael Lumley (Anne) of Lafayette and Robert Lumley (Anne) of Miramar, FL..
