He was predeceased by: his father Orval W. Sowers. He is survived by: his mother Doris J. Sowers (Grimes); his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Allison; his children, Matt Hill (Heather), Junior Hill (Ashley), Amanda Hill, Eric Hill and Jack Hill; his stepfather John Wilkinson; and his sisters, Gloria Powell (Dave), Pam Davis and Laura Maxwell. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
