With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert James Neal of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on May 29, 2021 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert James Neal; and his uncle Don Rees. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Smith (Rees) of Lafayette; his siblings, Mike Neal (Angie) of Monticello, John Neal (Sherry Pherson) of Logansport and Beth Balvich (Jordan) of Rensselaer; his siblings' children, Matt Neal, Dan Neal, Josh Balvich, Parker Balvich, Graham Balvich and Ella Balvich; and his great-nephews, Paxstun, Eligh and Grayson.

Memorial donations may be made to Natalie's Second Chance Shelter in loving memory of Bob.
