Robert Kingma Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Kingma of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on June 12, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Kingma to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Kingma and Mary M. Kingma (Brown); his former wife Lois Johnson (Fritter); his siblings, Leonora Wiggins, Eileen Taylor Titus, James Kingma and Joanne Irwin; and his grandson Matthew Bogan.

He is survived by: his former wife Patricia A. Burdine (Slifer); his wife Jeanette Kendrick Kingma (Overstreet); his brother Wayne Kingma; his daughters, Peggy Kingma, Bonnie O'Brien Best (Dale), Linda Bogan (Randy) and Carol Dulin-Treece; his stepchildren, Julie Uselman (Rusty) and Jim Kendrick (Shawna); his grandchildren, Tony Dulin (Wendy), Wesley Bogan (Heather), Leif O'Brien (Amanda), Keavy McCoy West (Ryan), Cristy Arvin (Kory), Kyle and Claire Kendrick; and his great grandchildren, Nick Dulin, Mason, Ean Bogan, Noah, Zach O'Brien, Ryne McCoy, Gabe West and Caroline Arvin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Lafayette Transitional Housing Center to help the homeless.
