He was predeceased by: his parents, Chase Haun and Lovie Haun (Meyers); his son Mark A. Haun; and his siblings, Frank M. Haun, Dorothy L. Rusk, Mary E. Haun and Martha Haun.

He is survived by: his wife Betty; and his daughter Cindy Pietrowski.
