She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Foster; and her great grandchildren, Collette Foster and Troy Foster. She is survived by: her children, Delinda Fee (Steve) and Ed Foster (Julie); her grandchildren, Craig Fee (Jen), Shawn Fee, Eddie Foster and Justyne Foster; her great grandchildren, Olivia Fee, Bailey Perdue (Ashley), Zoey, Elijah Fee, Devynn Foster and Benjamin Moncrief; and her great great grandchildren, Jackson and Abel Perdue. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations in Rozy's name can be made to Riley Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
