We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2020, at the age of 93, Ruth R. Castillo of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Los Angeles, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Ramirez (Villa) and Jose Ramirez; and her siblings, Naomi Ramirez, Jose and Samuel Ramirez.
She is survived by: her spouse Jesse S. Castillo; her children, Daniel Castillo (Sue) of Texas, Elizabeth Goble of Lafayette, IN, James Castillo (Rachel) of North Carolina and Genaro Castillo (Judy) of Kentucky; her sister Febe Herrera of Arizona; her grandchildren, Holli Stein of Texas, Matt Castillo (Tammy) of Virginia, Michael McKittrick of Florida, Keryn McKittrick Keller of Indiana, Scott Goble of Indiana, Stephanie Brennan (Zach) of Lafayette, Carlos Castillo of Georgia, Sam Castillo (Rebecca) of North Carolina and Katelin Elswick of Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Ryn, Jonathan, Emma Stein, David, Caleb Castillo, Taylor, Evan McKittrick, Erica, Christopher Keller, Channing, Zoe, Maddox Goble, Nathan, Cameron, Allison Brennan, Ella, Joaquin, Phoebe and Alex Castillo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
