He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Serra and Felicia Serra (Fariello); his wife Edvige (Pallaver); his son Stephen; and his siblings, Rocco, John, Thomas A., Rose Giovinazzi, Mary Landi and Carmella Casella.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Suzenski (John) of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, Paul Serra (Mary) of Lusby, Maryland, Patricia Ricci (Samuel, Jr.) of Dividing Creek and Michael Serra (Kristina) of West Lafayette, Indiana; his grandchildren, Briana Zimmerman (Rich), Christa Beale (Matt), Matthew Suzenski, Dante, Craig, Courtney Ricci, Benjamin and Abigail Serra; his great grandchildren, Ethan Serra, Ronan and Fiona Zimmerman; and his siblings, Joseph of Vineland and Ellen of Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; and countless friends.
