He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lee "Rick" Green; his stepparents, Donna Mae Green (Arthur) and Jerry Lee Spicer; his grandparents, Arthur "Buddy", Olive Frances Green, Shirley and Juanita Harsin; and his great-grandparents, Glen H. and Opal D. Baatz (Lee).

He is survived by: his mother Ronda Louise Spicer (Harsin) of Commiskey, IN; and his sons, Blake Lee Green of Bloomington, IN and Nicholas Smallwood of Greensburg, IN. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
