She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack B. Hurst and Bertha M. Hurst. She is survived by: her husband Ed Hollenback; her children, Phillip J. Birmingham (Lori) of McHenry, IL, Lisa Birmingham Wolf (Randy) of West Lafayette, IN, Kimberly Birmingham of Lafayette, Jennifer Reitz of Lafayette and Nancy Birmingham of Lafayette; her stepson Michael Hollenback of Denver, CO.; and her grandchildren, Rachael Wolf of West Lafayette, Jackson, Abrahm Reitz of Lafayette, Jasper and Max Birmingham of McHenry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
