She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Leazenby; her grandchildren, Jeremy Leazenby Bruce (Amanda), Jesse Carlock (Mallory Hall) and Kailyn Cisney (Dustin); her great grandchildren, Ziva, Makaylee Bruce, Elizah, Henry, Owen Cisney, Chance, Charles and Chandler Hall; her siblings, Connie Sturgeon and Jim Moon (Janet); and her siblings-in-law, Karen Moon and Marvin Hamilton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
