He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Theodore; his grandmother McCarty; his sons, Allen McCalment (Katrina) of Lafayette and Michael McCalment (Stephanie) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Mathew, Amber, Lucas, Nicholas, Jessica, Laura, Addison and Tia; his great grandchildren, Faith and Shawn; his siblings, Teddy McCalment, Marilyn Brown and Sharon Brummett; and his granddaughter Rachel McCalment.
