He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Norfleet (Tarter) and James F. Norfleet; and his sister Joyce Ann Norfleet. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Anthony Norfleet, Dustin Booth of Lafayette and Linsey Bishop; his brother Randy Norfleet; his grandchildren, Brody Bishop of Whitefish Bay, WI, Owen Bishop and Ashley Norfleet of Lafayette; and his aunt Lucille Cooper. He is also survived by brother and sister-in-law's, nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to Loving Heart Animal Shelter c/o Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, 1104 Columbia St, Lafayette, IN 47901.
