She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lamborn and Gertrude Lamborn (Stadtler); her husband Donald Eugene Jacobs; her grandson Ryan Jacobs; her sister Roberta K. Moser; and her brothers-in-law, James Moser and Bob Smallwood.

She is survived by: her former husband James W. Adams of Lafayette; her children, Michael Adams of Lafayette, Deborah Robinson (Shawn) of Lafayette and Charles Weatherford of Lafayette; and her siblings, Robert Lamborn and Judith Smallwood. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
