He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Green and Elsie Green (Browning). He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Green, Jr. (Sandra), Tamara S. Cooper, Tina Ricketts (Tim) and Tracy Numemacker; his siblings, Fay Carnahan, Linda Elmore and James Green; his grandchildren, Brandon Bower, Daniel Dunbar, Veronica Cooper, Kyle, Dylan Green and Andrea Parks (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Ashley, Ayden, Carlos, Daniel, Ariana, Laela, Kaelana and Anayah.
