He was predeceased by : his parents, Alva Stine and Elise Stine (Edwards); his former life partner Helen Juanita Moore; his children, Steven Stine and Stacey Fox; his granddaughter Damara Fox; and his siblings, Naomi Ivy, Herb and Sam Stine.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Alice (Henderson); his children, Thomas Allen Stine (Penny) of Kokomo, Deborah Jo McWhirter (Tony) of Brookston and William Stine; and his siblings, Clara Waddell of California and Dan Stine of Arkansas. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Burial to take place at Meadow View Cemetery. (Current Covid-19 precautions will be observed along with social distancing. Masks are required).
