With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Lynn Burton (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on October 27, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Burton and Susie Burton (Shrimplin); his siblings, Patricia Howard and Robert "Bob" Burton; and his niece Ida Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Warf; his children, Jenny Burton of Lafayette, Dale Burton (Gretchen) of West Point, Mike Burton of New Richmond and Amanda Burton of Williamsport; and his sisters, Marlene Burton of Lafayette, Charlene Phillips of Lafayette and Judy Burton of Lafayette.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the West Point Fire Station in memory of Wayne.
