Wilma Jean Bennett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2021, at the age of 96, Wilma Jean Bennett (Lafayette, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar L. Clay and Cora B. Clay (Ellis); her spouse Dale Bennett; her siblings, Violet, Leon and Ed Clay; and her nieces, Jane Clay, Pat Wise and Darlene Clay.

She is survived by: her nephews, Edward M. Clay (Amanda) of St. Louis and Stephen Clay of Lafayette; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Erin Stott, Jennifer Sayers, Rebecca Clay and Joe Clay; and her close friends, Perry and Shirley Prather. She is also survived by 8 great-great nieces and nephews.

Current Covid-19 precautions will be observed along with social distancing and current government attendance guideline.
