He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Masao Fujimoto and Hatsumi Fujimoto; his wife Jane Sumiko; his children, Kevin Noburo, Jodi Yuriko Fujimoto-Slayton (Jonathan) and Scott Fujimoto (Leila); his grandson Nathan Slayton; and his siblings, Katsuji Fujimoto (Helen), Berg Fujimoto (late Grace), Toshi Fujimoto (Rachel), Tsuyoshi Fujimoto (Joan), Francis Fujimoto (Satoko), Laura Gomes, Natsue Ogawa (Takeyomi "Lefty"), Kikuo Fujimoto (Frances) and Satsuko "Sarah" Takaki (Stanley). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
It was Yoshiki Fujimoto's family's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to: Feeding America, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Facebook fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
